Esco Intelli-Glove Tester (EIGT) Wireless Glove Leak Tester
The Esco Intelli-Glove Tester (EIGT) is Esco’s third-generation wireless glove leak tester, designed for leak detection on gloves, sleeves, and gauntlets used in isolators, RABS, and glove boxes. Operating on the pressure loss principle defined in ISO 14644-7, the system supports routine verification of glove integrity in pharmaceutical and biocontainment environments.
Glove integrity testing is a recognized element of contamination control strategies in aseptic processing. The EIGT is intended to support consistent testing practices where documentation, traceability, and process reliability are required.
Developed as part of Esco’s containment and cleanroom equipment portfolio, the system supports a wide range of applications across controlled environments.

System Overview
The Esco Intelli-Glove Tester operates via a Windows-based tablet as a controller and features an integrated touch display on the tester unit itself for a quick parameter and status check. The controller allows users to manage inflation, deflation, and test execution directly at the point of use.
The system is designed to support flexible deployment without fixed cabling, enabling testing around isolators and RABS while maintaining consistent test methodology.
An emergency stop function is included as part of the system design to allow controlled interruption of operation when required.

Portable operation
Powered by a rechargeable lithium battery, the wireless glove leak tester operates without power cables. It is not limited to a single fixed glove port and can be easily moved and used across multiple glove ports on different machines, providing flexible and efficient operation.
Customizable docking glove port adaptor
The adaptor can be designed to suit the existing glove port sizes.
Availability of data connection ports
Equipped with USB and RJ45 ports for data migration to external flash disk or PC.
21 CFR Part 11 compliance
Provides electronic records, electronic signatures and audit trails include alarm logs and test results. Test reports generated in non-editable PDF report.
