Ensuring Performance and Compliance: Successful FAT of Filling Line Isolator for Creative Lifesciences, Taiwan
Bintan Island, Indonesia| December 2025 — Esco Lifesciences announces the successful completion of the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) for the Filling Line Isolator supplied to Creative Lifesciences Co., Ltd., Taiwan. The FAT was conducted from 22 to 24 December 2025 at Esco Lifesciences’ manufacturing facility and marks a key milestone in the project’s execution.
The Factory Acceptance Test was performed in accordance with the approved FAT protocol to verify that the Filling Line Isolator meets all specified performance, quality, and compliance requirements prior to shipment. The FAT protocol also checks if the equipment has been manufactured as per its intended design and application. The test scope included documentation review, verification of isolator design and construction, containment enclosure validation, HEPA filtration integrity, unidirectional airflow velocity, containment breach test, airborne particle count test, light intensity test, noise level checks, pressure control, and verification of system functionality, safety interlocks, and alarm systems.

The successful completion of the FAT confirms that the system is ready to support aseptic filling operations, providing a controlled, high containment environment that ensures product protection, operator safety, and environmental control, while aligning with relevant industry and regulatory standards.
The FAT was conducted in close collaboration between the Esco Lifesciences project team and representatives from Creative Lifesciences. Active participation and technical engagement from both teams ensured transparent execution, timely resolution of observations, and alignment on project expectations. This milestone reflects not only the technical readiness of the Filling Line Isolator, but also the strong partnership and shared commitment to quality between the teams.

With the FAT successfully completed, the project will proceed to the next phases, including shipment, site installation, and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT).
